For example, moment we created new Job opening in Zoho Recruit, the system can display a complete set of matching candidates which are already in database. And also showing insights which skills match how much and suitability percentage.

This can be great feature and selling point for ZohoRecruit, as it is easing the job of hiring manager and recruiter.
