Match new contacts based on multiple email fields?

I am on the board of a non-profit community organization. We had been using Eventbrite exclusively to manage our members and meeting mailings and meeting check-ins. We wanted a more robust solution and implemented Zoho CRM and integrated with Eventbrite using the existing integration tools. The result is a massive amount of duplicate records. Each month we have a meeting, members register under one or more email addresses in Eventbrite and that (ex: a home or a work address) and that syncs to Zoho. So we usually end up with duplicates. However, the duplicate finding feature in Zoho can only use the mail email address - it can't look to see if an contact has a secondary email that matches. This is extremely frustrating as now our database has ballooned from 1,000 contacts to 1,300. Manually having to search for duplicates after every meeting takes a very long time. Has anyone found a way to find and merge duplicates using multiple email fields? Is there a partner with a solution available to do this?
