I'm trying to set up my insurance agency, and have added the products that we typically sell to Zoho. I have a flat file of 2000+ customers that I want to import, but cannot figure out how to match them to the products I have set up. 

Product information is in the flat file as insurance company+product name.

I have added a Multi-Select Lookup to my leads, which works fine when adding new customers, but the Multi-Select Lookup field does not appear when I try to map the field during the lead import. 

Help!
