For Potentials, when I create a "Summary Report" that includes the "Potential Name", the "Potential Name" appears in blue and I can click on it which takes me straight into the potential record.  This is great!

However if I create a "Matrix Report" this functionality does not exist.  Am I doing something wrong?  or can this functionality be added?
