I had a problem today with a meeting invite sent from the Zoho Mail app calendar (iPad version)

When my customer opened the invite attachment (ICS?) - it crashed her email software

- a colleague of hers in the same office who was also invited had the same problem

The use Apple  Macs with the Daylite mail system

Can this be addressed - or Is there a setting etc that I can change
