Meetings lose connection to server

I have run a couple of test meetings and during the meeting, the viewers are kicked out for about 10 - 15 seconds and the refreshed into the meeting. Their screen says meeting ended and then they are brought back in. From my presenter screen, I receive a balloon indicating that connection with the remote server was lost.

Any way to prevent that from happening?
