Hello!

When adding a new meeting you can specify a "related to" property. The dropdown contains "None" "Lead" "Contact" and "Others". When you select "Others" a new field appears that allows you to select Account, Product etc...

We rarely link Leads or Contacts to Meetings, is it possible to have "Accounts" appear in the dropdown right away?
