Membership
Club has 6000 members. Membership is annual with a AU$20 per annum fee or a lifetime membership which costs AU$125.
Currently we have a Wordpress website, and a Zoho CRM with all the membership. We need to integrate the two together to perform the following functions.
Why Zoho CRM? We did purchase and attempt to setup two different Wordpress membership plugins. We found the membership reporting in these to be extremely limiting and the managing of members / renewal process was extremely slow and clumsy in the admin side. Zoho has been excellent for running reports and managing members.
Website Functions:
New member registrations via Wordpress website form with Payment Gateway - Paypal - bank transfer - credit card.
New member added to Zoho.
New member added to Mailchimp list.
Access control to posts / pages in Wordpress. (show the first few lines, with a read more which forces non members to sign up.)
Auto notifications to members when renewal is due.
Member logs into website to view restricted content / manage account / update details / renew membership.
