We use the ZOHO Projects chat room as you can see

The problem is that in Cliq Room the @mention does not work. And when they are inside the room all the project participants there is no way to make a discussion mentioning someone. The mention does not work within zoho projects neither but this is not a problem because we use only cliq for chatting and we need the room via projects for History of the project communication all in one place even after the  end of project

If we create a chat from the Zoho Projects task-Cliq creation the @mention work . So we have different behaviors. The Project Cliq Chat does not work but the task Cliq chat works
