I'm looking for some assistance with an issue we have currently please.
The example is.
We have a deal with a picklist value to enable a choice of different websites - eg google.com, websitecom, madeupwebsite.com there are 20 choices in total.
We also have one email template that sends out based on the information chosen in this picklist field. There can be multiple variations of this field so impossible to have templates for all scenarios.
The current email template currently includes the mail merge for the picklist and subsequently returns all the picked values in a single line. However, in our email template we would like to include some further information depending on the websites selected. EG each website has a contact email address we wish to display.
To solve this issue I created checkbox fields for each of the 20 websites with the title of the fields including the website address, eg . eg google.com (wendy@google.com), websitecom (mr@website.com), madeupwebsite.com (user2@madeupwebsite.com)
The idea being that if the box is checked the title of merge field should display thus giving the client the additional information they need.
However I can't get the title of the checkbox to appear.
Any help or suggestions on how to get this working would be much appreciated
