Merge Leads directly from Lead Approval Screen

Merge Leads directly from Lead Approval Screen

Please provide the capability to merge leads in the Lead Approval screen. This would be done by placing a check mark next to the two or more leads and selecting a merge action which would bring a user to the familiar merge screen.
