Hello,

I'm new to Zoho and I'm actually currently doing research before recommending my company moves their CRM to Zoho.

I was just wondering if there is a way when using merge fields to take information other than just name from a record owner's information? 

For example;

Dear ${Contacts.First name},

[letter body]

Your sales rep is: ${Contacnts.Contact Owner} you can contact them via email ${Contact Owner.Email} or Phone ${Contact Owner.Mobile}

I can't see any way to do this at present, would there be a way to work this around? Or is it a feature that may be added in the future? It would be very useful for our practices as it would save having to have multiple templates with each rep's details in it.
