Merging, Adding or Linking Emails in CRM

Merging, Adding or Linking Emails in CRM

I would like to Merge, Attach or Link Emails in CRM (internal and external not associated with a contact) to a client email record. This should be possible if internal communication between two staff is associated with a client.

The only way I can figure this out at this point would be to add a note (copy/paste) email for reference.
