Messages deleted from inbox in Mac Mail are not deleted on Zoho server

Hi. I am using Mac Mail (Version 10.3 (3273)) connecting to Zoho via IMAP. When I delete a message from my Inbox in Mac Mail, the message is moved to the Trash folder on Mac Mail, but does not get deleted from the inbox on the Zoho server (verified through the Web UI).

Looking at the Mac Mail Connection Doctor logs, I see:

I did not see anything in the logs to indicate an issue. The delete operation works fine on a different MacBook with Mac Mail connecting to a different Zoho email account. I checked the account configurations and they are identical. The issue appears to be specific to this particular account.
