Messages sometimes go to Quarantine, sometimes not
I am having issues with the quarantine function on the site - sometimes the messages I have been receiving straight to my inbox, end up going into my quarantine - for no reason. I have been in conversation with clients and then their messages do not reach me.- tessa (at) tessaneedham (dot) com is one client who I have trouble with
As well as that, some clients emails do not get to me, even tough they are whitelisted - andrea (at) thegreatmedicine (dot) com. These emails I send to my google account as they never get past quarantine.
These are two examples. There are others which I have problems with.
Can you please check my settings and see that I have everything correct and please tell me what I am doing wrong!
