Microsoft Access upload to Zoho Reports

I've been attempting to configure the upload tool to import some MS Access tables into Zoho Reports.  However, when I click on the "UploadFromDB.bat" file, it immediately quits.  No log file is created.  I've gone through the wiki article on how to set it up but am having no luck.  Does anybody have an example of the configuration file setups?  This really shouldn't be that hard.
