I'm having trouble setting up my Zoho domain email (the one with up to 5 free users) using Exchange ActiveSync on my Windows 8 Mail and on Outlook 2013. But on Android using Exchange ActiveSync, it's working fine.
Below are the settings I'm using:
Under my Android device (Galaxy Note II on Jelly Bean 4.1.2)
Domain\username: \[username]@[mypaiddomain].com
Password: *************
Exchange server: msync.zoho.com
Use secure connection (SSL) checkbox: checked
Use client certificate: no check
Under Windows 8 Mail:
Email address: [username]@[mypaiddomain].com
Server address: msync.zoho.com
Domain: \
Username: [username]@[mypaiddomain].com
Password: ***************
Error: "Unable to connect. Ensure that the information you've entered is correct."
Under Microsoft Outlook 2013:
User Information
Your name: [myname]
E-mail Address: [username]@[mypaiddomain].com
Server Information
Mail server: msync.zoho.com
Logon Information
User name: [username]@[mypaiddomain].com
Password: ************
("Remember Password" check box was checked, then I clicked next)
Error: "Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): the server you are trying to connect to uses an unsupported version of Exchange ActiveSync. The server is using 10, 20, 25, 120"
I would really appreciate your immediate feedback.
Thanks!
