Microsoft Outlook 2013

Hi

I am new to Zoho. I have a free mail account with my own domain name.
I would like to try and set this up on Microsoft Outlook 2013 but so far have been unsucessful.

I have followed various links and tried different settings but it still fails.
Can anyone asdvise on a step by step basis or point me to a link please.
