Hello everyone!

For the past two weeks, our mail merge templates saved on Zoho CRM are not working with the Microsoft Word CRM Plugin. Every time we try to do a merge, it pulls the wrong data fields. Instead of account_name, it pulls title. Instead of address, it pulls something complete unrelated.

Has anyone else experienced this? We have raised a ticket to Zoho CRM and it's been unresolved for the past two weeks without any resolutions in sight.
