Migrate from salesforce - What do we need and how do we get it from Salesforce

We are leaving Salesforce because they have stopped providing ANY support for sub $150/month customers (including us), so we cannot ask them ANYTHING at all and they have locked a large number of features behind that price as well. However, in order to migrate, we have to get our data off of sales force in the right form to use the import wizard. What do we need to have and how do we get it off salesforce's system?

They refuse to tell us how to do it because that is support and we don't "have an account entitled to support". We can't migrate to Zoho until we can get the relevant data off of salesfoce's system. There might be an automated import wizard, but we can't use it unless we know what to download and how to download it from Salesforce.
