Zoho Notebook is transforming. The new version will include exciting new features and a completely new user experience. The initial version will be mobile based, available for Android and iOS. A new web version will be available after the initial mobile release.
With the release of the new Notebook approaching, we're migrating most of your current data to the new version. Once the new version is released, there will be an additional window to migrate your data. We will not provide access to the current Notebook after the release of new version. The following data will be migrated upon request:
All Simple and Rich Text
Lists
Images
Audio
URLs
Please Note: Not all data will be available for migration. Data not available for migration includes:
RSS, File, Video, and Hand Draw objects
Writer, Sheet, and Show objects and Pages
Web pages
Notebooks and/or Pages that have been shared with you
In addition to certain data not available for migration, the new Notebook will not support the following features:
Tags and comments
Sharing resources
To ensure your transition to the new Notebook goes as smoothly as possible, please convert all unsupported formats to any of the supported formats listed above. If format conversion is not possible, we recommend you save your data locally, or by taking screenshots. Writer, Sheet, and Show files will remain available in Zoho Docs, but will just not be automatically linked with the new Notebook. To preserve data that has been shared with you, we recommend copying that data to a new Page that you own so it will be migrated by default. Furthermore, deleted resources will not be migrated. If there is any data in your Trash that you would like to migrate, please restore it.
We will soon be announcing the release date for the new, mobile Notebook. To receive our announcement email and further updates, please go to zoho.com/notebook .
