Migrate zoho mail to yahoo mail

Hi ,

 We would like to migrate our zoho mails to yahoo paid mails . There are some questions :

 1 . how can we access our zoho mail account after the ourdomain.com record  transferred to the yahoo paid mail ?
 2 . any suggested tools or ways to transfer or import the email in zoho to the yahoo paid email account (emls , imap or other tools) ?
