Migrating an IMAP account - No Auth Attempts

Hello. I am trying to migrate my dovecot (IMAP) server to Zoho. When I try to enter in my user information in the migration tool. Zoho tells me the username and password is bad. Looking at my logs I get the following.

What might I be doing wrong? How can I get this to work?
