Migrating Data

Hi i have exported some data adjusted and need to reimport these but the default fields i selected that must be filled in when a new account, is also active on this part of the crm.

Can i please ask the Zoho team why this is so as it should not be, they are totally separate areas of the crm all i am doing is reimporting.

I think this should be removed, i don't like to keep changing the fields to do a task that that is not related to it, i view it as taking extra unnecessary steps and is time wasted.
