I am moving my email to Zoho Mail (currently hosted through GoDaddy). I have created a user (me) and I have also created a "Shared Mailbox" Group (through the admin panel) with an email address I will be using as an organization address.
My personal email address and the Shared Mailbox email address already exist in Godaddy (myname & support @mywebsite.com) and I need to migrate that content. However, in the Email Setup Screen, the Shared Mailbox Group does not show up under Groups.
When I start the migration to move all of my content to Zoho Mail, will I be able to migrate my "support@" content to the Shared Mailbox I created even though it isn't showing up under groups in Email Setup?
If it is not possible, if I delete the group and then create a distribution list group with the same email address, will I be able to convert that group to a Shared Mailbox group after the migration?
