Hello,

So I am working for a company and we want to migrate our mail to Zoho Mail, however, we are in a tricky situation. 

Before I joined, the company used a email provided by their web hosting company with only 1 GB capacity. 

My boss recently got informed that he has exceeded the limits and therefore mailing was no longer possible.

Now I have to do the following with least possible interruption to my boss' email:

1. Shift his mail to Zoho.com, because we like the suite!
2. Retain all his previous mails and possibly migrate/copy them.

My question is:

Will only changing the MX records to match that of Zoho's be enough for the email id migration? 

We want to keep the same id and we cannot in anyway loose it! 

Are there any steps that I need to be aware of! 

How can this be done smoothly with least amount of interference in my boss' mail? 

Also how can I migrate all the mail from previous server to Zoho?
