Emails are obviously an important part of the CRM equation. In our migration to Zoho, we were told that there was minimal support for bulk importing emails. Note we do NOT use Zoho Mail.

These emails do NOT reside in an email server, but instead we would expect to import .eml formatted files or some other type of file import.

This email import should also support attaching these emails to accounts, contacts and/or opportunities. Ideally, an email should be linked to all 3 if applicable.
