migrating from freecrm.com

I am converting from freecrm.com.

I have 3 seperate databases that are all associated - companies, contacts and calls.

I have already imported the company database and it seemed to work well. How do I get the other two in and associated. I uploaded 'calls' database, but it showed nowhere.
