Migrating Goldmine to Zoho.... need to keep Account field populated in the child records....

Is there a good tool or expression trick to getting all the empty Account field populated with the correct Account name?
In a spread sheet, they appear just under their parent record, but without the account field is left blank. My understanding is the this is a result of 'normalization' process of databases. 

Anyone with knowledge of a graceful way to accomplish this?  I have about 6500 records, so don't really want to do one by one.
