One of our clients uses Zoho CRM and alos sends/receives emails in Zoho.
We're migrating all our clients to a new email solution, and clients have two options... another POP3 server or Google Apps.
To do this we'll obviously:
- Set up the email accounts / passwords on the new server
- Re-configure Zoho to pick emails up from the new server
When we do this, will they lose all the emails they have in Zoho, or will Zoho keep copies of them... or will we need to migrate all the emails from the old server to the new one?
