Migration from outlook.com, emails in subfolders and sent folder not included

Hi,

I have transfered emails from outlook.com account through the zoho mail and it is reported as successfully completed. However, it seems like emails in subfolders and my sent folder have not been transferred. This is critical for maintaining the historic messages in Zoho CRM. Hope you can advice how to get those last messages over to my new Zoho mail account. In advance, many thanks for your help.
