I am trying to migrate mail from my Microsoft Custom Domain to Zoho, but I keep getting an error message " Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password."

I am using the source user name as " firstname.lastname@domain.com" which one of the 8 accounts I need to migrate. Under Source password, I have also added the password associated with that account (used in Outlook). In Destination Email, I have inputted the same " firstname.lastname@domain.com" as the account I am trying to move from Outlook to Zoho are the same email addresses.

In the server details, I have tried IMAP and POP server migration, both appear to give me the same error message.

Is there any guide to getting the Outlook messages migrated?
