 I have a client query who wants to migrate from Sugar CRM to Zoho CRM. Basically they're asking for multi-generation relationship and hierarchy.  Like grandparents to parents to children, siblings, cousins, in law etc...  it's like a multi-generation family tree relationship. He mentioned that this sort of hierarchy helps them track and group their external sales structure. They are using this functionality with their current CRM i.e. Sugar CRM.

I don’t know if this type of functionality is available in Zoho CRM. Can you help?
