Migration from Wave

I am trying to transfer my accounts to Zoho books due to your withdrawal of the wave service, I am hitting an issue with importing the data. 

The wizard has skipped 932 items whilst importing Products and Services, with the error 'duplicate row found in your CSV/TSV file' the error relates to the Product Name, due to the nature of my invoicing I can have the same product name for several lines, as the item is broken down to travel time, site time, expenses, etc.

There is also 11 skipped records under Chart of Accounts with the error row already exists.

Are you able to advise what course of action is needed to import these items correctly?
