We are new to Zoho CRM, and are in the process of moving our data over. Everything seems to going OK, except we cannot get the Owner ID, Created By ID and Modified By ID values to match properly.

I have been using the Data Import/Migration feature (for "Other CRM"), and am trying to import Accounts and Contacts. There are fields in the data for Owner, Created By and Modified By. Our previous system used a user email address to indicated Owner etc. We have made accounts on Zoho for each of our users, and I have swapped the emails for the matching Zoho user ID (in format "zcrm_123...") - I am assuming this is the correct value to use here.

However, for every import I have done, the Owner, Created By and Modified By of each record is always set to myself, not the user in the data.

All of the data is ready to migrate and we eager to start using Zoho, this is the final hurdle in our migration. I have reviewed the documentation on importing data, and reached out to our point of contact at Zoho but haven't had a response yet.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here? We have all been impressed with Zoho so far so it would be great to get up and running fully.
