We need to migrate email and contacts from a Microsoft Exchange Server.  Could you send the instructions to both myself and to Debbie Davis, our Super administrator?

Our former consultant said that he is sending us a PSP file in the mail but we are unsure if that will work as I do not find PSP mentioned in any of the user manual directives.

We also have the CRM and are concerned about many years of old email records migrating there.  Will this happen? If so, will they appear:

• As of the date of the migration?
• In a date received order?

We are very concerned that they may appear above all of the current work we are doing.  That would be a disaster for us as we are in our busy season and do not have the time to wade through old correspondence to get to the new.
