Minor Issue: Default E-mail account not shown on Mail

 Here is my challenge, please forgive since I'm a newbie admin.

I've added individuals to my organization on Zoho Business, let's say our domain is happy.com.

Ted@happy.com can use zoho webmail client, sending and receiving from Ted@happy.com.  However, the default mailbox he sees is labeled with his "tedx@zoho.com" account.

Is this normal?  Is it because under Mail Settings, the first account listed can only be a "@zoho.com" account?
