(minor) Repeat topic still not addressed: Why do "Add Notes" often appear in the wrong place when placed in editor location?

Ok, we all see this daily when creating or editing a form, but because it's a relatively minor annoyance we don't bring it up, though it has been brought up in this forum before.

The situation:
You drag an "Add Note" object to the form layout, put some text into it and click Ok.   Then you notice that you don't see the Note in the place you'd indicated for it.  After a careful search you find the Note somewhere near the bottom of your form, requiring you to drag it back up to it's intended location.

Couldn't dev take a moment to address what must be a straightforward fix for a small but frequently annoying issue?

A related issue is how if you are adding a Note to a lower area of a long form, the Note editing box always forces itself to appear at the top of the form instead of right there in front of you in the current context.  That, as we all know too well, requires us to scroll way up to the top of the form to enter the Note content.

Again, couldn't dev make the Add Note function seamless?  Would be much appreciated.
