Avec les évolutions réglementaires à venir en France nous introduisons de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans Zoho Books pour les clients français. Ces mises à jour ont été conçues pour répondre aux exigences de conformité locales tout en soutenant les besoins comptables de vos entreprises. Nous commençons avec les fonctionnalités ci-dessous et continuerons à enrichir la solution.

  1. Conformité NF525 intégrée
  2. Support de la facturation électronique (via B2B Router)
  3. Rapports FEC (Fichier des Écritures Comptables)

📅 Calendrier

  1. 15 mai 2026 : les nouvelles organisations bénéficieront des mises à jour NF525
  2. 1er juin 2026 : accès anticipé et migration guidée pour les clients existants
  3. 8 juin 2026 : accès anticipé à la facturation électronique
  4. 21 juin 2026 : bannière de migration disponible pour tous les clients
  5. 15 juillet 2026 : disponibilité générale de la facturation électronique

Ce que signifie la conformité NF525

Avec la conformité NF525, Zoho Books :
  1. Sécurise toutes les données de vente contre modification ou suppression
  2. Assure une traçabilité complète des transactions
  3. Archive les données conformément aux exigences légales françaises
  4. Permet aux entreprises de répondre aux obligations fiscales en toute confiance

Impact sur les processus

Pour répondre aux exigences de conformité, certaines flexibilités de la version globale ont été restreintes. Il est important de revoir vos implémentations et processus actuels.

Principaux changements dans Zoho Books :

  1. Les numéros de facture sont attribués uniquement lorsque la facture est marquée comme « envoyée »
  2. Les factures en brouillon n’ont pas de numéro
  3. Modification des factures envoyées non autorisée
  4. Numérotation séquentielle stricte
  5. Les séries de transactions ne peuvent plus être modifiées une fois utilisées
  6. Les avoirs nécessitent une référence de facture
  7. Une seule immatriculation TVA (France) supportée
  8. Numéro de TVA et données d’immatriculation obligatoires et vérifiés
  9. Champs obligatoires (adresse, date, numéro…) non supprimables
  10. Résumés fiscaux et colonnes clés obligatoires
  11. Identifiants légaux (SIRET, forme juridique) obligatoires
  12. Champs supplémentaires supportés (RCS, capital social, code NAF)
  13. Adresse de facturation client obligatoire
  14. Structure PDF conforme imposée
  15. Visibilité des champs personnalisés non modifiable dans les PDF
  16. Certaines transactions (ex. ventes sans facture) ne seront plus supportées
  17. La date de comptabilisation de la transaction n'est pas prise en charge

Fonctionnalités non supportées à l’avenir

  1. Notes de débit client
  2. Paiements retenus, escomptes, pénalités de retard
  3. Facturation à l’avancement
  4. Tickets de vente
  5. Factures d’acompte
  6. Prélèvement à la Source (PAS)
  7. Autoliquidation de la TVA
  8. TVA MOSS, OSS
  9. Override de taxe

Ce que cela signifie pour vous

Vous avez peut-être utilisé la flexibilité de la version globale pour gérer différents workflows au sein de Zoho Books, ainsi qu’entre Zoho Books et d’autres applications Zoho. Avec ces nouvelles mises à jour, la conformité devient prioritaire, et certains de ces workflows devront être adaptés.
Nous vous recommandons vivement de revoir vos configurations actuelles et de vous préparer à la migration en tenant compte de ces évolutions. Étant donné que Zoho Books propose désormais des champs dédiés pour les informations clients et entreprises, il est important de bien comprendre comment les flux de données sont gérés dans cette nouvelle version.

Facturation électronique dans Zoho Books

La facturation électronique sera disponible nativement pour les utilisateurs de Zoho Books. Aucune intégration ou configuration supplémentaire ne sera nécessaire pour commencer à traiter des factures électroniques dans le système.
Cependant, veuillez noter les éléments suivants :
  1. Coût supplémentaire : Jusqu’à 1000 transactions par an seront incluses dans les plans payants. Au-delà, la facturation électronique sera proposée en option (add-on) et entraînera des frais supplémentaires.
  2. Propulsé par B2B Router : À ce jour, B2B Router prend en charge uniquement la facturation électronique et travaille activement à l’ajout des fonctionnalités d’e-reporting.
  3. Périmètre au lancement (mi-juin 2026) : Lors de sa sortie, Zoho Books prendra en charge uniquement la facturation électronique, et non l’e-reporting.

Point d’attention important

  1. L’e-reporting est obligatoire pour les transactions B2C selon la réglementation française.
  2. Si votre activité concerne uniquement des échanges B2B, l’e-reporting n’est pas requis et les fonctionnalités actuellement disponibles seront suffisantes.

With upcoming regulatory requirements in France, we’re introducing more capabilities in Zoho Books for customers in France. These updates are purpose-built to meet local compliance standards. We're starting with the below functionalities and we will continue to add more capabilities in it.

🇫🇷 What are the new updates

  1. Built-in NF525 Compliance
  2. E-Invoicing Support (powered by B2B Router)
  3. FEC (Fichier des Écritures Comptables) Reports

📅 Timelines

  1. May 15, 2026 –Newly created organizations will receive NF525 updates
  2. June 1, 2026 – Early access & guided migration for existing customers
  3. June 8th, 2026 - Early access for e-Invoicing
  4. June 21, 2026 – Migration banner available for all customers
  5. July 15th, 2026 - General availability for E-Invoicing for all

What NF525 Compliance Means

With NF525 compliance, Zoho Books now:
  1. Secures all sales data against modification or deletion
  2. Ensures full traceability of transactions
  3. Archives data in line with French legal requirements
  4. Helps businesses meet tax authority obligations with confidence

Important: Impact on Workflows

To meet compliance standards, certain flexibilities available in the global version have been restricted. It’s important to reassess current implementations and workflows accordingly.

Key Changes in Zoho Books

  1. Invoice numbers are assigned only when marked as “Sent”
  2. Draft invoices will not carry numbers
  3. Editing of Sent Invoices will not be allowed.
  4. Sequential numbering is strictly enforced
  5. Transaction series cannot be modified once used
  6. Credit notes require a reference invoice number
  7. Only one VAT registration (France) is supported
  8. VAT numbers and registration data are validated and mandatory
  9. Mandatory invoice fields (e.g., address, date, number) cannot be removed
  10. Tax summaries and key columns (taxable amount, tax, discounts) are required
  11. Legal identifiers (SIRET, legal form) are mandatory
  12. Additional fields (RCS number, share capital, NAF code) are supported
  13. Customer billing address is mandatory for invoicing
  14. PDF structure and compliance validations are enforced
  15. Custom field visibility in PDFs cannot be toggled
  16. Certain transactions (e.g., sales without invoices) will no longer be supported
  17. Transaction posting date is not supported.

Features not supported going forward

  1. Customer debit notes
  2. Retention payments, early payment discounts, late fees
  3. Progress invoicing
  4. Sales receipts
  5. Retainer Invoices
  6. TDS
  7. Reverse charge
  8. VAT MOSS, OSS
  9. Tax override

What This Means for You

You may have leveraged the flexibility of the global platform to support diverse workflows within Zoho Books and also between Zoho Books and other Zoho apps. With the new updates, compliance takes priority, and some of those workflows will need to be adapted.
We strongly recommend reviewing your current setups and preparing for migration in line with these changes. Considering there are now dedicated fields in Zoho Books to capture customer and business information, its important that you understand how the data flows are currently captured in the new version of Zoho Books.

E-Invoicing in Zoho Books

E-Invoicing will be available out of the box for users of Zoho Books. No separate integration or setup is required to start processing e-invoices within the system.
However, please note the following:
  1. Additional Cost : We will support up to 1000 transactions/year in paid plans. For additional transactions, e-Invoicing will be offered as an add-on and will involve an additional fee for users.
  2. Powered by B2B Router : Currently, B2B Router supports e-Invoicing only and is actively working on introducing e-Reporting capabilities.
  3. Scope at Launch (Mid-June 2026) : When e-Invoicing is released, Zoho Books will support only e-Invoicing, not e-Reporting.

Important Consideration:

  1. E-Reporting is required for B2C transactions under French regulations.
  2. If your business operates only in B2B invoicing, e-Reporting is not required, and the available functionality will be sufficient.
We will keep you informed as e-Reporting capabilities become available.
