Missimg totals

This system which we have been using for approximately 4 months now has just recently changed ever so slightly. The totals which used to appear on the top right hand corner just below the "print view" tab no longer appear. We used to monitor our numbers using that total and now it no longer appears. Please let me know how we can re-activate that view. I already e-mailed about this almost 2 weeks ago. Please response as quickly as possible.
