Missing Archive folder Zoho mail causing Outlook Mac Issues
Hi there
I have just recently setup new email accounts with zoho with a new domain name and I have noticed there is no longer an archive folder inside Zoho Mail. I am on a Mac running Outlook 16.72 and when it creates a new account it includes an archive folder but since there is no longer an archive folder inside Zoho it is causing issues. It comes up with the following error create failure:INVALID INPU (/Archive) error code 1025. I am annoyed that this is causing an issue as my previous zoho accounts with a different domain name have no issues in the same outlook since they have an archive folder. How do you get the archive folder in the new Zoho email account.
