Missing Attachment

Missing Attachment

Just in the last two weeks, I have been having a large number of emails that people are sending with attachments, but there are none attached when it arrives in my inbox.  They are not weird or dangerous attachments, they are just normal jpegs or PDFs but they are just not there.  I have the customer send them to my other gmail account and they come through just fine.  Is there something that has changed in the way ZOHO handles these attachments or is there a setting I can change to make it go back to the way it was?
