I have a Zoho Form serving as a website contact form. Among others, there is a mandatory multi-line field for a visitor's message which then syncs with CRM (Leads module). I want to set up a workflow rule for the Leads module to check that field for certain words. For some reason, the field does not come up in the list of conditions to check. It has other fields that I sync but not that one. What could be wrong?
The business case is that sometimes visitors mention certain words that would need to be addressed in a special way during Lead logging. Automating this would greatly streamline the process.
