Missing Contact

Hi there,

Hope someone can help me coz it is getting to be very frustrating.

I added a couple of contacts but I don't see them anymore. When I tried to add again, it said the contact is already added. I logged off and logged back on but I still dont see them. what is going on? Please help. Thank you.
