missing email application (icon)

I managed to get email working well (with some patience) except for the "super administrator". Email works on Zoho Mail, but the application icon won't display on the business desktop under "Apps". This is only for the "Super Administrator". Two other users have the "Mail" icon displayed under "Apps". Any ideas?
