Missing Email Was Never Delivered

I still have not received all the missing emails that were "delayed" the past few days due to DDoS.  Can I get an update?  

In Zoho's public announcement, you said no emails were lost... that they were just delayed.  How come I still have not received any of those missing emails?

From what I can tell, I'm getting emails okay now, but I never got the missing emails from a few days ago.  What's taking so long for those emails to show up in my inbox?

I already updated my MX records. I also emailed support and have not heard back from them.  

Can somebody tell me what's going on?  Please refrain from giving me a generic response.  Thanks!
