I am trying to create new reports showing fields Account name, Industry, Status etc, however, when I select Create New Report, those fields do not appear either in the columns view to select which columns I wish to appear in the report or in the drop down criteria menu where I select the criteria for the reports.

I have existing reports which clearly have those fields available, but they are not available in the criteria section.

Can you please help.
