Missing fillable fields when emailing

I have created a few fillable documents that are used internally. They use different types of fillable fields, however, at the bottom of each fillable document is an "Any other information" section where the person filling in the document can add anything not covered in the previous sections of the form. We are currently using multiple single-line text boxes as long answer/multi-line text boxes are not available. When we email the document to the desired recipient, we are finding that only 1 or 2 of the single line text boxes are saved to the .pdf when 8 boxes are being filled in. This happens whether the document spans 1 or multiple pages.
