Good Morning Zoho,
I am having a large issue. One of the users on our account has lost all of her messages. I have checked for archived messages, I have looked in the trash, and I have checked the folders (which are now empty too).
She get emails forwarded to her phone and most of them are still present on that device but show up only as a box with a date next to them, not the usual format of Subject, sender, and the first few lines of the email.
She is also the only person in the company this has happened to. We have 10 users and she is the only account that is having problems. SHE DID NOT DELETE THESE EMAILS.
I have looked at the forums and I see other people with this problem but I don't see how the problem was fixed. These, like most emails, are critical to our business and I could really use some help here.
