Missing modules and other changes without notice
I have set up 5 different companies over time with ZOHO CRM and usually know what I am doing.
Recently I set up a new company with the free edition: custom fields created, renamed modules and so forth
The company pays when they need to mass email and then goes back to the free version.
Without any notice, my custom fields are gone, I cannot create new ones. My modules are gone...
What used to be free is now gone...I follow ZOHO CRM everyday and did not get any notice of impending changes and revisions that would kill me from using the free CRM for clients.
Any comments?
